Adapted from the World View Action Plan (University of North Carolina)

The students’ lack of motivation is a factor that could influence on the results. I will try to focus the program working on social functions related with real life problems, in order to present the contents in a meaningful way for the students. Example of the real life problems are: interviews for a job or scholarships, asking for a service, asking for medical attention, buying products, entertainment, etc.

Another important point to consider is the students’ context. The units of the English course will be related with the environments: I, My family, my community, my world.
